Question 1

How does personalisation work?

Accepted Answer

On each product page, enter the name or text you want, choose the colour, the font and the design. A live preview lets you see your creation before adding it to the basket. We then make your order by hand, exactly as in the preview.

Question 2

What are the making and delivery times?

Accepted Answer

As each creation is made to order, allow 3 to 5 working days for making, then delivery: 2 to 4 days in Switzerland, 7 to 12 days to the rest of Europe. That is 5 to 9 days in all for Switzerland, and 10 to 17 days for Europe. A tracking email is sent to you as soon as it ships.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You can change or cancel your order as long as making has not started, usually within 24 hours. Write to us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number.

Question 4

Can personalised items be returned?

Accepted Answer

Personalised creations cannot be returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect — in which case we remake or refund your order without discussion. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days.

Question 5

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Every order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper. You can add premium gift wrapping and a handwritten note at the basket stage. Our gift boxes already arrive ready to give: their wrapping is included, at no extra cost.

Question 6

Do you take group orders (weddings, hen parties, companies)?

Accepted Answer

With pleasure. Sliding-scale prices apply automatically to guest bookmarks and Team Mariée tote bags. For a bespoke project or a large quantity, contact us: we prepare a quote within 48 hours.

Question 7

Where do your products come from?

Accepted Answer

Our materials (cotton, acrylic, paper) are selected from European suppliers, and all the personalisation is done by hand in our workshop in Switzerland.
